Company Overview & Market Position

Established in 2004 and located in the New Materials Park of Yunhe Economic Development Zone, Rencheng District, Jining City, Shandong Province, our company has a registered capital of 59 million RMB and occupies an area of over 40 mu. We currently employ more than 180 full-time staff and are a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of eco-friendly plasticizers (DOTP). The company operates two wholly-owned subsidiaries and boasts two high-standard intelligent production lines. With an annual output capacity of 60,000 tons of eco-friendly plasticizers, we hold 35% of the domestic market share, ranking us first in the industry.

The company has independently developed a core technology for producing eco-friendly plasticizers by recycling polyester (PET) waste. This innovative approach aligns perfectly with the national industrial direction of the circular economy. Core Technology & Development Plan & InvestmentHonorsCore Technology & Honors

Under the development plan spanning from 2021 to 2024, the company plans to invest 500 million RMB in constructing a new intelligent manufacturing base. Upon full completion, this expansion will enable an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of DOTP and 30,000 tons of DOP. The project is projected to generate an annual revenue of 1.5 billion RMB, contributing 230 million RMB in taxes and profits, while creating over 300 new job opportunities.

Scientific Innovation & R&D Capabilities

The company places great emphasis on scientific innovation, allocating no less than 5% of its annual main operating revenue to R&D (reaching 45.51 million RMB in 2022). We currently have 41 full-time R&D personnel, accounting for 22.78% of our total workforce. To bolster our innovation capabilities, we have established key R&D platforms including the Shandong Provincial Academician Workstation and the Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. We also maintain robust industry-university-research collaborations with several universities. To date, we hold 20 authorized utility model patents, with 3 invention patents currently under substantive examination. Additionally, we have undertaken 3 provincial-level scientific projects and have successfully obtained ISO9001 International Quality Management System Certification.
